Available Mon-Sat, plus most Sundays after 3pm. A spacious and versatile sanctuary building located on a quiet, well-maintained church campus. This space is ideal for church congregations, community organizations, performing arts groups, wellness collectives, or event-based nonprofits in need of a large, flexible gathering space. This space will be used on Sundays till 2:30pm by the Unity Church of Gaithersburg, but all other days & Sunday after 2:30p are available for rent.
The sanctuary (approx 2000 sq ft) is perfect for worship services, concerts, workshops, or lectures. High ceilings and flexible seating options create a welcoming environment. The lobby area is bright and inviting, ideal for welcoming guests and setting up informational displays or refreshments. The fully equipped kitchen in the separate Education building can be used for events/potlucks. Drum set and audio equipment are not for tenant's use. Please bring your own. Some storage available by the santuary.
Minimum 2 days or uses with preference for long-term and frequent use. Base rental prices:
$1400/month – 2 uses per week
$2100/month - 3 uses per week
$2800/month - 4 uses per week
$3500/month - 5 uses per week
$4200/month – 6 days per week
Rent includes ALL UTILITIES + WIFI. Rental prices subject to change based on tenant's group size and usage.
