Living on the Eastern Shore

In 1982 I moved here from Annapolis with my wife, Vicki.  Kent County's natural beauty, quiet lifestyle, and diverse community was a wonderful setting for our children, Scott and Nichole, to grow up enjoying the waterways and nature. Scott established the first commercial oyster aquaculture operation on the Chester River.

I was previously a business owner for 20 years.  With my sales background, interest in architecture, farms and history, Real Estate was a natural second career for me in Kent County.  Participating in the community provides insight for my business. I have been an active volunteer for over 20-years in  Boy Scout Troop 130 and currently assist as an Eagle Scout Advisor.  I also participate in the Kent County Amateur Radio Society and Emergency Management program.

Local communities are rich in culture and heritage and I enjoy introducing people to this unique and beautiful area. Those looking for a 'Second Home' will find my local resources for a smooth, turnkey transition helpful. I will be happy to offer my expertise and knowledge of the local real estate market to assist you in searching for that special property.
