First introduced in 2001, Chestertown's Sultanta Projects' Downrigging Weekend Tall Ship & Wooden Boat Festival offers a waterfront with Tall Ships, maritime crafts, wooden boats, artists, author lectures, and world-class music.  Reservations can be made for Public sails on the Tall Ships and Family Boatbuilding. On Friday night all the the Ships are beautifully illuminated and are highlighted with a a firework display.  

Trick-or-Treat - On Sunday from 2:30-4:30 children in costume can trick-or-treat onboard as they tour the ships.
